No — the entire conversion happens in your browser. Your images are loaded into memory, processed using the jsPDF library, and the resulting PDF is generated locally on your device. Nothing is sent to any server. This makes the tool faster than upload-based converters and means your images remain completely private — useful for personal photos, ID documents, or confidential files.

Use High (300 DPI) for any PDF you intend to print. 300 DPI is the standard for print-quality documents. Medium (150 DPI) is suitable for documents viewed on screen and sent by email — it produces smaller files while remaining sharp on displays. Low (72 DPI) is screen resolution only, suitable for web previews or where file size is critical.

Not manually — all pages use the same page size setting. However, if you select Auto orientation, each page automatically switches between portrait and landscape based on whether the image is taller or wider. This gives each image the best fit without requiring per-page configuration.

Use A4 if you're in Europe, Asia, Australia, or anywhere outside North America — A4 is the international standard (210×297mm). Use Letter if you're in the United States or Canada (8.5×11 inches). For documents submitted to international organisations or printed in multiple countries, A4 is the safer choice as it's more widely supported.

Yes — upload as many images as you need and they'll all be included in a single PDF, one image per page. Use the drag-to-reorder grid to arrange them in the correct page order before converting. You can also remove individual images, add more, and re-export without starting over.

PDF file size depends on the number of images, their original resolution, and the quality setting. High-resolution photos (12MP+) at High quality produce large PDFs. To reduce size: switch to Medium quality (minimal visible difference on screen), or use the Image Compressor first to reduce the source images before converting. Combining 10 full-resolution phone photos at High quality can easily produce a 20–30MB PDF.
